Drop Off & Pick Up
Drop off will be at 9am at Bible Way Christian Center. Address: 2090 Oakland Road, San Jose, CA 95131. Please use the Destiny Entrance located around the left corner of the building. A staff member will be at the door to welcome your student. Pick will be at 12:00pm at the same entry point. Please pick up your child no later than 12pm. More than 2 late pick ups will jeopardize your child’s enrollment status. For our student’s safety, the entry point will be locked at 9:15am. Use 2090 office entry for late drop offs.
Meals & Snacks
Students should pack a lunch Monday and Wednesday. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday a hot lunch is provided. Click Here to see the menu. Friday lunches will be prepared and pre-packaged under stringent safety guidelines by our masked, gloved and fully vaccinated staff. Healthy snacks and water are provided throughout the day.
STEAM Bucks
Students will have the opportunity to accumulate STEAM Bucks in their personal banks to purchase cool prizes every Friday. STEAM bucks are rewarded for participation, winning our morning games and good behavior. If you would like to donate to our prize bucket you may do so. Bring new unopened toys and prizes at drop off or pick up. You can also CLICK HERE to donate to our prize fund.
Safety Protocols
Students will be required to wear masks, have their temperatures checked upon arrival and wash their hands often between activities. If your child is experiencing fever, diarrhea, vomiting, cough or sore throat please keep them home until they are well.
What to Bring
All learning materials will be provided. Students will only need to bring themselves and a positive attitude! Please refrain from bringing toys, electronics and other distractions.
Field Trips
Field trips will take place on Monday July 26th to the Valley Water Plant from 10 AM-12 PM and Friday, July 30th to the San Jose Children’s Discovery Museum from 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM. Parent chaperones are welcome. If you are interested in volunteering as a chaperone, please contact lgardere@biblewaycc.org. NOTE: Background checks required.
